Ramstein, Germany would be your best bet. Most flights are from Baltimore, Mcquire (NJ), or Dover. Could get there directly from Travis AFB near Sacramento as well. Potential to stop in Mildenhall, UK. I believe Rota, Spain is a possibility out of Norfolk, VA. Recommend following the space-A terminals on Facebook. Spacea.net has a lot of good information.
