You can't upload a resume on here, but you can complete your profile (which has many of the elements normally contained in a resume). You can look at job opportunities by going to the Resources section (in the header at the top of the page), and then clicking on Jobs.

I found it I had to set my phone to desktop and it came right up. I appreciate all the help from everyone. Looks like a good community here.

Do you have a LinkedIn profile set up? Has someone reviewed it in the occupation that your trying to enter? Does it contain searchable text keywords relating to the position your targeting? Are you networking at IT or Tech Meet Ups in the nearest big city to where your stationed in a subject area that interests you? A lot of the Meet Ups are still done via Skype due to the pandemic so you might not even have to travel to the large city.
