Where can I find a DFAS-certified scale for a DITY move in Jacksonville, FL or Fort Hood?

Looking for a scale in Jacksonville, FL or Fort Hood so I can get the weight tickets for my dity move. I have called Fort Hoods transportation office numerous times to no answer. I was also told the the online list of scales is incorrect.

Any gravel pit or recycling place has scales. I used one in Belton years ago.
