Reclassing to an 88m as an MOS-T. I am doing TDY to return so i still have all my TA5O from my current unit. I understand bring uniforms and all the basics but what about TA50? Unit really helping out and my retention nco is basically clueless. I leave next month. Im hard slotted in ATTRS but havent received orders or anything of the sort.

Look up your course number in ATRRS. Look at the course details. There should be info on what to bring.

It's an entry level MOS so you bring what an entry level Soldier brings, which is their initial issue clothing bag. There is no packing list because it's not that kind of school.
You should not be TDY and return, you should be TDY enroute with return to home station authorized. If you haven't received orders then you need to do your levy brief. If you are not on assignment yet, your Career Counselor needs to request a follow on assignment.
You won't go to class next month unless you have an ETP signed by a general. That's not likely because you are not essential and under no family hardship. Your class date will pass and you will be rescheduled for a new class date.

SFC (Join to see)
SPC (Join to see) do you actually have your orders or are you referring to assignment instructions?
Do you have a physical copy of orders that you can hold in your hand that lists all of your special instructions?

SFC (Join to see)
SPC (Join to see) then you did a levy brief. Your orders should say that you will attend training to the 88M course and the dates you will be going. If they don't, your Career Counselor can get that fixed. They will also say that you need a 1610. That part is on you to complete. Don't go to school without a 1610 or you will have some serious issues when you get to your next duty station.
