Where can I find decent housing (1 Bedroom apartment) off post in Fort Richardson Alaska? Off post?

Like the SSG below me posted! Muldoon Gate has The Legacy Apartments as well as Admirals Cove Apartments which are rarely close to the base. STAY OUT OF Mountain View

Try outside the Muldoon gate. I was there 11-14 and stayed out that way. Think it was the legion apartments if I’m correct. Or the boniface gate as well.

There are some places for rent in south Anchorage off Jewel Lake. Talk to the housing office and find out about the preferred tenant program (I think that is what it is called) so you can find a rental that waives the security deposit.
