Where can I find info about MS officers filling non-AMEDD billets? What are the benefits of staying MS versus branching into 90 series?

I am looking to see the benefits of staying a MS officer versus branching into 90 series. From PPOM reading for NGB, a 70 series with Log CCC can fill 70 series positions in addition to 90A, 42B, 42H, 01A and 05A.

I can give you one benefit I know of.
For promotion boards, as an officer you only compete against other amedd officers.

While any other branch you are competing not only by year group but also other branches.
