Where can I find information or a regulation regarding prior service members reenlisting after a major head injury?

A year ago I had to have a craniotomy due to blood.clot.forming on my temple after a fall what is the regulation on getting back in. I was told that meps would not allow processing right now that it hasn't been long enough.. just looking for information

AR 40-501. Standards of Medical Fitness:
This regulation governs medical fitness standards for enlistment, induction, and appointment, including officer procure- ment programs; medical fitness standards for retention and separation, including retirement; medical standards and policies for aviation; and medical fitness standards for diving, Special Forces, airborne, Ranger, free fall parachute training and duty, small unmanned aircraft system (SUAS) operators, and certain enlisted military occupational specialties (MOSs) and officer assignments such as civil affairs, psychological operations, and Army maritime sea duty.

Thank you sir. Do you by chance know what the time frame on re enlistment would be after an injury of such nature with no restrictions medical.or physical?
