Is there an online regulation guide that I can print out? It doesn't have to only be AR 670-1 but any other that I can learn about as far as how the operational army work.

I suggest you start by downloading all the ADPs and ADRPs off of apd.army.mil, this will have the type of information you are looking for.

Do you have a pallet of paper? Just kidding. Army APD is a good starting point.

I found picking a theme helped a lot when I was in. Common general regs like 670-1 (and other administrative regs like the ones covering leave, height and weight, etc) , then I jumped to MOS specific regs, later, when I made specialist, I hit the ones that would appear on boards hard.

If you're interested in how the pieces of the army fit together don't skip those first few pages in the AR's. Regulations are orders and those first few pages tell who is doing the ordering, why the order was made, who the order affects, and how the order should be implemented. Interesting stuff sometimes.
Also, don't forget the field manuals.
If you aren't combat arms, learn about them and how your field relates to them because, no matter what, if you aren't infantry, artillery, or cavalry, your mission is to make sure they can do theirs. Wether you show then where the enemy is (intelligence), feed and clothe them(supply), make sure the area they passed is secure(military police), our letting them know if they get hurt you'll fix them(medical). It all relates to them, because when they can't do it, it'll be you in the foxhole.

The NCO board was a great experience! I look at the uniforms of fictional TV characters to make sure that they are wrong.

You can google almost all FM's and AR's, it takes you to the website..... Other wise you can go through AKO and go to publications and type in the PUB you are looking for and print it off...
