Can I go to any base to get my flight physical done? I live near DLI, so I was thinking of scheduling an appointment with there instead of going to a hospital where I might end up spending more money than I need to.

Do not pay for the flight physical. All military clinics or hospitals should have the capability to do the physical. If not they can point you to where you need to go and can get it completed.

Any military clinic should be able to do your flight physical. You should call around and ask. You should not have to pay anything being that you are in the military.
