Where can I get regs or information on prior service reentry with a va rating of 70% all the recruiters I've talked to keep giving me the run around?

VA compensation and your medical eligibility for reentry are two different things. What is your RE Code and Characterization of discharge? SDP Code? If you had a medical separation or you won't get through MEPS, that is an issue. I've seen ARNG personnel drawing VA Compensation.

When you say the run around, what does that mean? Are they unsure? Non-committal? At a minimum you'll need a waiver. You need t find a recruiter that will work with you. recruiters are the gate keeper on waivers, but they aren't the decision authority. If you tried two-three and they are telling you no way, I think you are out of options.

SPC Daniel Wheadon - there are some RE3 discharges that are waiverable. the regulation also is tempered by the Recruiting Prior Service Business Rules which I do not think are openly published that I know of. The published regulations

AR601-210 Ch 3 Enlistment Program
AR635-5-1 SPD Codes
AR40-501 Medical Standards (note there is a difference between retention and initial entry standards)
DOD6130.03 Medical Standards for Apointments, Enlistment....

38 CFR is the body of law that governs the VA.

I don't think RAllyPoint is going To give you a definitive answer. This is a Recruiting and MEPS call.
