The situation is that I went to the brigade retention NCO to ask how could I get the 25D In-Service Screening Test (ISST). The retention NCO told me to go to the ED center and ask for them to be my proctor, when I spoke to the ED center they asked me to find out where can they go to access the In-Service Screening Test (ISST). I was wondering if anyone can help me out with any information on how to get the test for the ED center to be my proctor for the 25D In-Service Screening Test (ISST)?

You don't take the test until you submit your 25D packet and they open the test for you. Once you take the test and the 25D proponent accepts you, you will receive a letter of acceptance. You take that letter along with proof of your TS to the Career Counselor and they process your Reclass and get you a school date.

SFC Boyd, Thank you so much for the information. Definitely the brigade Retention NCO here at Fort Sill is not tracking all that information.

SSG Dennis Mendoza that's because for application MOSs it is on the SM to get the approval letter. The only role the Career Counselor can play in it is to send your acceptance memo up and get you your class date.

When I submitted my 25D packet and got conditionally accepted I receive an email with instructions to take the educations center. The education center must send an email with a code for them to send back your access code to take the test. I received the email and was able to take the test the next day! That was my experience in 2014. Good luck
