Where can you view your assignments in IPPSA/ can you set preferences outside the marketplace?

Recently made SGT and reenlisted. Since I'm over 10 years, I was told that i had no say where I was going next . My YMAV was set to a date that the market place for has already passed. With the new IPPSA system, is there anywhere I can stalk where my next assignment might be or will i just have to wait for my assignment to appear on my soldier profile. Is there anywhere I can set preferences. My current assignment is scheduled end as soon as in 7 months. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.
