I have a WOCS class date of 10 July, 2019 (MOS 153), and I'm curious to know what the fixed-wing lifestyle and mission is like vs rotary-wing. I know that rotary-wing guys have a HUGE range of both missions and duty stations. Is the same true for fixed-wing?

A lot fewer fixed wing folks, fewer bases that have them.

Biggest population of fixed wing is sensor platform pilots. We had 12-18 birds per Brigade usually. Of a couple different types.
