Where do you feel most centered and happy?

Any time I can relax in nature, I feel happy and centered.

I met my beloved wife in the US Army and we were 'on the road' in the service of the US Republic for most of our adult lives together. We never thought we would be able to afford a home but by the Grace of God and a VA loan we were finally able to buy a place of our own in North Carolina. We love the peace and quiet of our home and the smell of coffee brewing in our own kitchen. It is the centerpiece of our lives together. We have finally come home.

My happy place is at the beach. We bought a second (retirement) home in VA Beach. Listen to the waves crashing on the shore, sun in my face, and cold drink in my hand.

There are 3 places I feel most centered. 1. At my church, whether it be watching service via live stream, or attending in person. 2. Coaching kids alongside my old high school track coach. And lasy but not least, at home surrounded by family and friends. I wanted to list just one but couldn't, since all 3 of these play a huge role in me managing my depression and trying to live a positive, productive life.
