Where do you feel most centered and happy?

I am happiest sitting in front of a canvas and painting. As I watch the brush glide along leaving behind a trail of color I leave my world of troubled thoughts and challenges. While focusing on the imagined world I am creating I feel centered, calm and content to be alive.

Without a doubt I feel most centered at home. All the cares and messiness of the outside world remain outside my door. Everything in my apartment is clean and organized, my furnishings comfortable and attractive. I do listen to news but keep it to a minimum. It's my "happy" place!

In the woods with a cup of coffee. Doesn't matter what time of day. Just that I'm out there & it's quite & the coffee is good.

I am the happiest when I point my Harley in one direction and just go and I will find the end destination when I get there. It is so relaxing and it’s where I feel completely free of everything and I can clear my mind. I have risen across this great country of ours and multiple states in between.

I feel the most centered and happy on the dance floor. I like to dance salsa, bachata, cumbia, kizomba, and country.

I am centered and the happiest when I'm home with my WIFE.
