Where do you feel most centered and happy?

I feel the most happy and centered relaxing at the beach with my dog and wife.

Where do I feel the most centered and happy? This has been a question that I have been asking myself a lot lately and it feels like a coincidence now. In reality I feel most centered and happy when I get into bed at the end of the day. That is my space to stretch, breathe , reflect and worship . Listening to the hum of the fan in the dark and the quietness of the world makes me feel really present and refocused and benefits my mental health .

With my wife and two Irish Wolfhounds they keep me leveled and relaxed.

I’m happiest in my hometown surrounded bty my family and life long friends who know me and respect me and when I’m not feeling all that great physically or emotionally they pick right up on it and help mr through whatever challenges i may be going through, home is where the heart is!!

I’m still trying to find my way. I feel most happy when traveling to new places and experiencing different cultures.

I feel most centered and happy in my own home.

I am happiest and centered when I’m at home with family because they love me unconditionally.

When I am shooting my 10 meter air guns.

I am my most centered and happiest when I'm around my family. Especially my Meemaw who will be 100 years old on December 26, 2022. She was a warbride from Paris, France and I absolutely adore every precious moment we have together. I am ONLY now getting to spend time with her again after LIFE has taken me so far away

At home is the best place to be and always has been.
