Are you a regular at your local comic book store? Do you get your fix online? Or do you prefer finding gems at swap meets and other random places? Share where you think the best place to find comics is!

Actually, Capt Rachelle Crespo, I don't limit myself to any one seller. I do like to get various variant covers, and in order to get the biggest assortment you have to buy from different shops. I used to primarily purchase from TFAW (Things From Another World) online, but I also use Midtown Comics, and the tiny local comic store. If I see something that I really like I will buy off of ebay, and I always keep an eye out for people selling entire collections. Currently I am working more at getting comics signed, and then having them graded, and encapsulated. Hopefully one day I'll actually be able to flip at least some of my comics for a good price. Thanks for the great question !!

Thanks for your input! :) I'll have to check those stores out. I haven't actually read many comics because with series that have gone on so long, it's hard to know where to start.

If you would like a few words of advice, I'd be happy to lend an ear, Capt Rachelle Crespo .

When I was still a comic guy, I got my old ones and the rare ones at the comic book store but for my regular comics I got them at the corner drug store comic book rack (are those even around anymore???).
I would also scour the swap meets, flea markets, and pawn shops.

I don't read them as much as I did when I was younger but every now and then I swing thru one of the local dealers near my job or purchase some online
