Of course. I don't like to stay there long but I always recommend Cinnamon Fortress.

WINE shows some success, but I understand that one. I just pulled away from Apple.

SGT (Join to see) - Difficult, clunky and requires lots of fiddling in the case of Wine, and in the case of the Word alternatives mentioned, they ALL break the vertical ruler in legal pleadings. Since legal pleading paper is something I deal with almost every day, I need absolute compatibility.
If Microsoft were to release "Office for LINUX" I might have another look, but at this point in my career (small office, no IT department except me) its much cheaper to just buy my software. Every hour I spend doing IT stuff is an hour I spend NOT working on my cases.

LTC (Join to see) - Fair. Have you told the developers about the issue ? If not, and you can give me some more details, I will.

SGT (Join to see) - Measage me and give me your email address. I'll send you a sample of pleasing paper when I get to my computer. There is a vertical ruler that runs down every page of legal documents so that we can cite line numbers. There is other complex formatting as well.
I can send you one as both word and a PDF if you don't have a Windows or Mac box with genuine Office.

How does the Archipelago's harpastum team look this year? The grapevine reports that its OIC hails from the Elementary State and is quite eager to prove a badger's worth.

We're sort of on hold for now. The Isle of 7 has some volcanic activity that's causing a stir amongst the populace. Isles 6 and 5 are feeling some aftershocks as the plates shift, and the infrastructure really needs to be brought up to code before it all crumbles. So many fires to manage. Fortunately, since we've got plenty of water around...

SSgt Ryan Sylvester - Water does wonders to insulate from potential rivals. Unless the volcanic activity on Isle 7 resembles Pompeii. In that case the populace could become overconfident and decide that pillaging the countryside is a glamorous and a more viable alternative than patiently surfing the waves caused from shifting plates, that is, if they survive the volcanic fallout. Once the plates settle though, I expect those pesky badgers to be quite a nuisance.
