Where/how do I redeem my RP points?

I always see this but have no idea what to make of it? Do I get a car? Hot pockets for life?

All of those points, along with $7.00, will get you a cup of coffee at Starbucks. And I haven't figured out how to redeem my frequent elevator rider points from the court either....
