Where is my FEDREC Scroll in the DOD Process?

I'm not sure what happened to the "unofficial" FEDREC status board that had been periodically updated with scroll status' but it seems to have been retired, missing, or removed. In any case, please feel free to use this new thread to ask questions and post updates to our little '"Promotion Purgatory Support Group". I do not work for NGB so I will not be able to get you answers, but at least we can re-establish the forum.

STOP! Please read: If you are here, you want info on how long scrolls are taking or to see the status of your scroll. Help the next person by posting your experience. Once your orders are published, come back and make a new response to the original post with your scroll number, date your FEDREC was sent to NGB and the date your orders published.
If we get more people to post, the data gets more reliable and useful. You can then see if your scroll is an outlier and you can raise a flag with your command.
I'm sure people come by and read these posts without adding to the discord. Join the community and help the next person!

71 days in DOD Approval Cycle.
Awaiting SECDEF approval.
Color turned yellow..?
I am very interested to hear about how NGB is handling the NDAA and back-dating rank for those of us with a 2023 state promotion order that goes over 100 days. NGB received my packet in July.

Im not on your list sir, Im on P45-23. As of today its 106 days at SECDEF for like 2-3 weeks now and its been yellow for 30 days. Yellow hasnt been our friend. Other scroll have gone like 30-60 days. It frustrating when theres no transparency, no one to contact, and a mystical G1 page

Update:
Awaiting publication: 12/21. 105 days in approval cycle but this spent 3 weeks or so at the Senate. I am told the back-pay policy is in staffing at Army G1.

As of 08/15/23 its Awaiting scrolling and DoD approvals; List ID P37-23; 0 Days in DoD Approval cycle. Its been here for about 8 weeks. Our S1 is occupied in dual hat duties. So at the mercy of the system or hopefully someone here who knows something.

P-37 published this month with the DOR of 28AUG23. Based on this thread seems like P37 was one of the quicker scrolls. Im officially a CPT

For those that are curious. I was on scroll 29-23. My promotion order posted this morning with an effective date of 14 July 2023. If you were on that scroll this is something you should be seeing soon with a similar back date.
