Where is the best place to submit info to participate Class Action Lawsuit against 3M for combat ear plugs (Green on 1 end Yellow on 1 end)?

There is apparently a Class Action Lawsuit being formed against 3M on the grounds that the combat ear plugs that the us military issued (Green on one side Yellow on the other) were either defective, or did not protect hearing anywhere as effectively as claimed by 3M.

Does anyone know the "best" place to submit your info to participate in this lawsuit? I have moderate to severe hearing loss and severe tinnitus. I used those issued (and required" ear plugs for 2 deployments (27 months). I don't want to give my specifics to some half rate law firm, etc. I do want to participate but don't know the best place to submit my info.

Can anyone help?
