Been discharged since 2015 and since then life has been erratic and unstable. At one point I knew what i was doing or wanted but life changed. Ive just been coasting by really unsure with where to go or what to do. I guess i can say I've lost my military bearing somewhat. Just mixed up and lost.

You can reach out to the EasterSeals/Cohen Clinic. Are you in the VA system? If so ask for a counselor. You can also reach out to the American Legion often has help available. And then there are the Vet Centers located in virtually every city across the US...

Depending on where you live, reach out to your nearest VA and see if there is a Vet Center nearest you IOT seek therapy. You can also try reaching out to any VSO (American Legion, VFW, etc.) that you qualify for membership. Of course, you could always try and see if you can find your military bearing again and reenlist (if eligible).

Not finding a good fit here back at home I went back to the recruiters but 80% C/P has me ineligible. Another reason why feeling direction-less. Thanks for the reference Sgt, ill look into those.

There are plenty of services out there. Depending on what you need your local VA, Vet Center or local Vet non profits like American Legion, VFW, DAV can help.
