Where would I find the ADMIN #, MASK LOT # and CANISTER LOT # for the M50 pro mask?

So I just recently had the crbn room signed over to me and the previous CBRN NCO didn't have a tracker put into place, so that's what I'm doing. I don't know where to find the ADMIN #, MASK LOT # or CANISTER LOT # and I don't want to ask my leadership since they aren't CBRN and probably don't know themselves if you guys could help it would be much appreciated.

PFC (Join to see) , I could tell you where these are, and others probably already have by the time I made this post. But I think it is a more valuable lesson to be told where to find the info. As the company CBRN expert, and especially as a "cage rat" the TM's will be your bibles. You will refer to these for your PMCS and guiding maintenance operations for your equipment. These are also where you will find the info you need to pass on to the parts clerk in the maintenance shop when you need to order replacement class 9 parts (drinking tubes, harnesses, valves, ect.)
You should have a couple copies of TM 3-4240-542-13&P in your cage. They are 8-1/2 x 11 books about 130 pages. In the beginning of the manual will be parts and component layout and descriptions with answers to all the questions you posted.
I have to admit that I am a little surprised that you did not get this knowledge at AIT.

M50 lot number is on the mask where the M61 filters go. AVO---- or similar to that is the lot#. Canister lot # is on the bottom of the filter. Take a look at the link PFC (Join to see). The photos of the filters show you where to look for the canister lot #. Hope this helps!

The M50s have individual serial numbers next to the lot numbers, you should be foremost tracking them by those if you don't have a permanent list of the SNs yet. List all your SNs in order of sizes (from SM to LG/XL) and then just have your database by who it is assigned to, all that changes should just be the names and trust me when you start checking these SNs you'll have people who mistakenly picks up somebody else's and then you have to make sure you cross check both Soldier's mask, do not let them keep it if that happens cuz you'll then have to keep track of the changes in your database and your individual hand receipts. Do a mask check every 6 months and have them re-sign their hand receipts.
