Which allowances (e.g. DLA, MALT, PER DIEM, etc.) apply for a first PCS?

Traveling with my wife and son with 2 vehicles from South Florida to Fort Bliss. How would I acquire these being that I'm not aloud to go to my finance office in AIT.

If your DS chain knows about this, you can ask them to check if your order will include them. You do not ask for allowances- Finance will tell you what you are authorized, or whether they will apply allowances.
