Which battalion within 3rd (recruiting) brigade is best? After I finish my squad leader time I plan on going recruiter.

I enjoyed Great Lakes battalion. Understand that your experience will vary not just by the battalion but by the company and center. You may be in a good battalion but bad center. I hear from alot of my friends that Nashville battalion is the best.

I'm doing it to have a force generating assignment complete. That or I can stay on the line for 20 years as a SSG.

I was DA selected and hated it. Wish they would have left me in my MOS of 19Kilo. Had fun there. Hated the desk work.
