Which course should I attend for professional development (that doesn't suck as an additional duty)? MRT, SHARP or EO?

MRT. I know it sounds all touchy-feely but it really is a good course. I think it's probably one of the better courses the Army has adopted. Believe it or not you get a lot out of it personally as well. After you're done and become an MRT, the material is continuously refined and updated. Makes it extremely easy to stay current and your classes relevant.

MRT is probably the best bet, I've been EO before (back when EO and SHARP were the same person) and the duty wasn't that awesome.
