Which government or VA resources could be improved by going digital?

I think kiosks would be great for anything regarding travel to and from appointments. Just makes it more convenient or the veteran

Communication for appealing VA debts. They made an error with mine, and I couldn't even talk to someone on the phone, they told me it all had to be done by snail mail. I actually work for an insurance company now and was in the overpayment department, and claimants had multiple ways to communicate with us...snail mail only is ridiculous.

It would be good if co-pays could be paid over the phone by a digital, keyed-in, method much like the way i currently may access my bank account but retaining the option of live assistance as it is now.

Definitely create a more effective and streamlined way for Vets to obtain travel pay compensation. So many are just doing without it because the current process is all consuming.

Homeless Veterans needing assistance with a safe place to stay or relocate to by State. This would show a location or a locations within a State to go to for help or assistance in relocation and employment opportunities…. or ….. a State of emergency action volunteer (or paid) crew. Locally or in another State or possibly in another country (helping with the Canadian fires). Sign up to assist in specific needs when when notified. So one might be homeless but have access to earning $$$ to assist in gaining preferential permanent place to call home. A rental, Tiny home or dormitory type housing.

For one suggestion: Medical Records.
Ex: Community Care authorizations -in my hand and able to forward/print/download to my personal files.
