Make community care appointments available for veterans to schedule online instead of waiting on the VA to get it done. And a chat option for the vets that need assistance getting appointments scheduled.

I have found receiving some of my medical records sent to me in CD form. This should be expanded throughout the VA answers to Claims filed etc. No more paper clutter.

Why is it so hard to get help to apply for disability? I was tested for the high risk and came back positive for anthrax antibodies and I just get the runaround

Stop mailing appointment reminders, 99% of veterans have access to text messages, phone calls, emails, myhealthevet. The amount of paper/money being wasted within the VA. If the 1% wants to receive appointment reminders by mail allow them to opt into that service.

It would be great if our pre-surgical COVID test can be done digital. Supplies can be mailed out. A video appointment can be scheduled to ensure the test is done in the right patient. Results could be sent through some type of device that send results directly to our record. This will help limit exposure, eliminating us from having to come to the hospital for COVID rest before surgery.

The government or VA resource I believe could improve by going digital are certificates of eligibility (COE) for VA home loans. It would be more convenient for veterans to access their COE online vs. having to submit an application in person for and wait for it to be provided.
