Which government or VA resources could be improved by going digital?

Create an app for travel pay that tracks your location to verify that you attended you completed your appointment.

During telehealth video visits I have some difficulty hearing and understanding. If you could implement some kind of closed captioning technologies maybe there would be less misunderstanding.
For lab results I don't see the need for paper printouts and mailing. Just a digital copy would work. I read the results and destroy the paper anyway.

Ordering CPAP supplies. Supplies can be ordered over the phone, but they prefer a mail in form.

Bring the Kiosks back to the VA. They were efficient and effective! The veterans prefer the kiosk over the online BTSSS through AccessVA. (which is confusing and difficult to navigate)

Scheduling VA hospital appointments online and/or having a callback option for the IVR.

Bring back the kiosks for travel pay compensation!

Transportation for appointments to go digital for those that qualify, it would help greatly instead of waiting for call backs and be able to easily look at you're online appointments with it.

The travel pay reimbursement kiosks were huge! Also, being able to schedule an appointment online! I had an appointment canceled on me the day of, they left a voice-mail to call and reschedule, and I waited 45 minutes and never got through to anyone. I have 2 kids and I'm a stay-at-home mom, I can't just sit on the phone waiting to talk to someone to schedule an appointment.

Registering for services. A portal to upload documents ie: DD214, and financial information required to get or apply for services at a VA facility. Rules as to what limits you are able to receive and what services you will not be able to obtain.
