Which government or VA resources could be improved by going digital?

I do not want any going full digtal.
I do not have a smart phone.
Access to internet is costly.
And the VERY BELIEF that EVERYONE has Access is ASININE!!

Bring back the kiosks for travel pay: so much better.

Community Care Appts should be easier to process online than just regular check ups

I was at the VA today. As you digitize remember the aging vet who doesn’t understand the terminology or process. Today it was at the check in the pharmacy, other days, it’s helping others find a specific place to check in. Our eyesight is bad, our hearing is shot, many of us have TBIs, dementia, Parkinson’s and a long list of other issues that make going digital feel impossible. Just registering for benefits and getting a valid ID card is a marathon. The cost of a new phone to work with these “upgrades” is prohibitive when your social security and/or retirement benefits barely cover housing and basic food. Consider the cost and the humans as you implement new plans,

Travel pay should go back to the digital kiosk. Also, check-in for primary care appointments should be on-line to save time so that we’re not rushed when we finally get in to see the doctor.

Before they roll out new updates to medical software it would be wise to perform Beta testing which can be considered 'pre-release testing'. It is also known as field testing that takes place at the customer's site. It typically uses black box testing. Reliability, security, and robustness are checked during Beta testing. While you are adding the new digital system please reduce the over kill on explanations which often obscure and confuse vets. We're not all programmers.

Go completely digital with mail. With option to opt in / out.

Website that allows to buy discounted park tickets online, such as Disneyland or Disney World would be nice.
