Quite simple. At the major Hospitals like Stratten or Leeds or Cedar Junction. ON THE main web page a key that puts us into the main telephone directory. Our medical teams or specialty clinic. Thousands of calls daily are transferred through the system and lost or misdirected. This would also eliminate one or more transfers. A good portion of time is the patient is explaining the dilemma several times.

One central service to help navigate through programs/benefits/healthcare questions.
Without needing to call around, ask the right question or know someone that has already gone through the process.

To speak to the question directly, all aspects of administration can be improved by making records available digitally and instantly throughout the VA. But even this can only be as effective as the people using it. We simply don't properly train the people to use the tools we have available. Next, perhaps equally as vital, are the potential for remote visits and the technology to complete them correctly which are already used daily. Imagine increasing the pool of available VA approved medical providers by thousands overnight. And local hospitals today routinely issue monitoring and remote access devices free of charge to the 50 patients in each hospital who rack up the most ER visits. There are dozens of ways to improve the end user experience, this is about will and the notion of "we've always done it this way before".

Create a new program to allow soldier to purchase RV through the VA just like homes; it’s economic save military millions on housing and in most case safe community. Soldier can just tow their homes all across America to duty assignments.

DIGITIZE ALL VETERAN'S RECORDS IN A SINGLE UNIFIED SYSTEM ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE FIRST WORLD WAR. AS IT IS SOME VETERANS (ACTIVE, RESERVE, NATIONAL GUARD, COAST GUARD, ETC.) ARE WAITING MONTHS TO YEARS TO GET COPIES OF THEIR RECORDS, IF THEY CAN BE LOCATED AT ALL. THERE ARE STILL HAR TO MANY DIFFERENT SYSTEMS, NEW, OLD & OBSOLETE STILL IN USE AT THE STAE AND FEDERAL LEVELS.

Being able to ask someone a question face to face( screen to screen) instead of just talking over the phone would be great.

I'm not sure what needs to be improved at the present time. I have entered before and I have never won anything. It would be nice to win something this time.
