Which government or VA resources could be improved by going digital?

Everything VA education. It would be great to have a user-friendly dashboard to track applications, access opportunities, and communicate with VA education support staff.

VA Education ease - able to see award letters and enrollment etc.

Better communication when appointments are canceled, or specialty doctor leaves the VA Healthcare system.

There is also a disconnect arranging Transportation to appointments, have had to reschedule the appointment as not given enough time to make the appoinment-text message notification would have been great

Neither my wife or I are able to drive anymore, so transportation to appointments is a real issue

Let those Veterans who want paper checks have them. The massive EMP will wipe out all electronic files one day anyway! Lol

An update to the form and record system is needed drastically. I consider myself very tech adept and I spent an hour at least going in circles looking for a specific proof of duty that i needed last month.

The move program or anything related to weight loss. An app linked to steps, tracking weight, maybe a monthly registered dietitian/psychologist tip for weight loss.
