Going digital makes it easier to see where money is going and coming in real time. There are issues because of it's better to have face to face with actual physical papers and documentation for visual representation.

This is more of a semantic problem, but it would be nice to have an html coding of some of the pdfs on the VA site for easier parsing through services and requirements for certain programs.

Online appointment scheduling. Trying to schedule an appointment with a Miami VA Hospital is an exercise in frustration. I went back-and-forth with 10 emails with women’s clinic for a confirmation of an appointment and on the day of the appointment someone had canceled it. It’s a circus at the Miami VA hospital, a slap in the face every veteran. Please implement online scheduling and see if this hospital can get it together.
