With the Army changing its dress uniform, physical fitness uniform, and now its combat uniform which do you predict will be changed next?

I honestly hope none of the above. There is already too many mixing and matching going on. I cant even get a IOTV in ocp, let alone a new uniform change.

I’m in favor of a change to the material of the uniform. No melt, no drip, flame resistant, with base color mesh in key areas. Such as found in Crye Precision’s Combat Pants. No change to the color of uniform need be made. I’d also like to see plate carriers become standardized to minimize unnecessary fatigue, and neuromuscular damage that comes from the overly cumbersome IOTV.

I have to say the sharpest uniform I have seen the Army wear was the World War II dress uniform which consisted of a brown jacket 10 shirt brown tie Garrison belt with a shoulder strap just saying

Since air force now uses our OCP, the next uniform will need to accommodate the space forc, as they will likely take pirs too

SSG Cf Grant may be on to something. Now I'm not saying that that the system is broken or that it would need to be made mandatory but if you make a garrison uniform that was cheaper than the combat uniform than it would save service members money as well as increase the longevity of the combat uniform because we all know that the oil doesn't spill and pens do not break until the patches are sewn on. And yes I have thought about training and during training yes the combat uniform should still be worn for that.

As the subject-matter expert E-Fuzzy PVT, I say we change the APFU winter uniform. Makes a soldier look like a large trash bag
