Who actually attends the AUSA speaking events and/or conferences? Higher ranking leadership (enlisted/officer) or is it a general mix?

I see a lot of key note speakers and conference meetings and events but these are usually in the capitol, which leads me to believe it is meant for higher ranks, just curious.
