I am who I am and I'm becoming more like my self everyday.
But as SMSgt Thomas said,

To the Jews I became as a Jew, in order to win Jews. To those under the law I became as one under the law (though not being myself under the law) that I might win those under the law. To those outside the law I became as one outside the law (not being outside the law of God but under the law of Christ) that I might win those outside the law. To the weak I became weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all people, that by all means I might save some. I do it all for the sake of the gospel, that I may share with them in its blessings." And to that, I would say, "AMEN!"

29 years as a successful leader in the US Army, culminating as a senior operations leader in one of the army's largest units. Supporting operations of more than 15,000 people and a staff of more than 200.
I have enjoyed and excelled in project planning, management, direct supervision and personal task completion.
Own and operate Marquez Racing, located in Central Texas which is a small shop providing recurring maintenance, Race/Adventure ride event prep and post event services.
Motorcycle safety professional, providing accident investigation and review, expert testimony and reconstruction.
Motorcycle training coach...who provides central Texans a path to thier motorcycle license, 2 and 3 wheels, advanced training, and rider education for court approved programs.
