Do I have to attend PT while TDY in school/training for Net+?

I need some clarification, I'm currently in school/training for Net+ and on the DA 4187 it says that I'm considered TDY, but they want me at PT Formation, do I have to still go considering I'm TDY?

The key part of TDY is the DY (Duty). Go to PT before you're dropped from the course.
If by "they" you mean your unit, and this Net+ training is on or very near to the same post as your unit, then you aren't really "TDY", you're attending training on post, probably at a reasonable start time that allows you to attend PT with your unit.
So yeah, show up at PT.
