Who do I need to talk to about receiving involuntary separation pay?

For those who don't know, Involuntary Separation Pay is covered in AR 637-2. You receive full separation pay if you're eligible to commit to three years in the Reserves, half if not. The Reserve Component Career Counselor will fill out a 4187 to give to finance. A Soldier must have served six years Active Duty and be an E3 or higher to receive Involuntary Separation Pay
