Can't count the time appointments have been rescheduled, waiting takes hours. Missing paperwork and lazy employees.

My 10% disability usually requires only one visit a year. I feel I am treated fairly and promptly. My VA facility is located in White River Junction, Vermont.

I've been to two separate VA Medical Centers since my EAS, and the one in Salt Lake City, Utah is awesome. Nothing but good experiences and professionalism.
I recently moved to Washington state and have my second appointment coming up at the one in Spokane, WA. They are professional, but so far a few other things could be better, such as scheduling availability, but nothing bad so far.

I have never had any real issues with the VA. I love my VA medical center and health care team in Lebanon PA. My education and benefits (Comp) once I finally applied for them, went fairly smoothly.
My husband on the other hand, has had nothing but a nightmare with them.. so I have seen both sides the the VA beast
