Great model for a drop in center/ coffee house. In Milwaukee and expanded to Madison. Had talked with us about Cedar Rapids

To be honest, I was thinking it was a dry place to sleep 2LT (Join to see). Someplace with a good trench built around it or elevated in the rains :-)
