During my junior year of High School I met and talked with recruiters from all of the branches of the military. Then during my senior year I met with an Air Force and an Army recruiter. I listened to both of them. After my dad died soon after I graduated I made the dedision to join the Air Force. I planned on making it a career. In my second year of service I was in an accident and lost part of my leg. Several years later I took the oath again when I took a civilian position in the Army Corps of Engineers and spent 20 years there. Sgt. Frank E. Hupp, Retired, DTM
