Who is familiar with a Tanker's last ride? What does it mean to you?

I read it as the Tanker who is on his finally last ride knowing his time is nearly up. He has fulfilled his dreams, duties, and commitment to this great nation honorably and his journey has ended doing something he cherished in life. May God allow him to rest peacefully.

I've never seen this and I get all kinds of stuff from USMCVN tankers assoc.
