I started Insanity when I was 306lbs fat, way before joining, I had to quit 2 weeks later. My body wasn't ready for that type of high impact exercises. I started walking, lifting, zumba, mma, whatever made me sweat, I lost more than 80lbs and joined at 212lbs. I haven't try any other program, and I liked Insanity. MAJ (Join to see)

Doing T25. It's helped me drop weight, strengthen and tone. I've done insanity before, but I like the shorter sessions that T25 offers. Totally recommend it!

Interesting! I ordered it months ago and haven't opened the box yet. I was readying for the PT test, so I wanted to target train for that. I may have to give it a go.

I really appreciate the offer, but I am old and am easing back into my Yoga practice. That, alone, is challenging! :)
