Of the authors you've read, who would be your favorite? And do you have a favorite book from this author?

For me it would be John C. Maxwell, and I like his book "Everyone Communicates; Few Connect."

SSG (Join to see) & MSgt (Join to see) I've read the entire Mitch Rapp series twice...first as I came across the books, then in order. I hope Kyle Mills is able to fill those shoes.

I should read those someday. The Bourne movies are on my "top 5" list, and books are generally better

I have an eclectic taste. In order of impact for me, it's a very short list:

1. The Bible - Jesus is Lord!
2. Oswald Chambers - The man speaks to me!
3. Louis L'Amour - His stories and values are my own!
4. W.E.B Griffin - The "Brotherhood Of War" series embodied the things I hold dear to me!
5. Piers Anthony - Fantasy genre. The man is incredible in his imagination!

I did too, sir! The Xanth series and Adept series are both great too. Even his very early stuff like the Bio of a Space Tyrant or Cthon were hard to put down. I don't think I've ever read something of his that I didn't enjoy.
