Who uses meal delivery services like Blue Apron, Plated or Home Chef, and what are your experiences, good and bad?

We use Home Chef exclusively and are very happy with the variety and quality. Tried Blue Apron once and was not impressed at all. Thanks for your response!

LTC (Join to see) - what makes Home Chef stand out for you over the others? I've been checking them out, and their meals do look really good.

LT John Chang - Well, like I said, we tried Blue Apron once and we do use Home Chef on a weekly basis. I think the quality of food, packaging and the accuracy of the packing is a lot better with Home Chef. The meats seem a higher quality, as was the produce, and the extra ingredients were quality name brands. When we used Blue Apron everything was just tossed together and the ingredients were generic, not to mention that the one time we used them multiple items were missing from the packing list. We have been using Home Chef since August and have not had a bad meal yet. The are well portioned and easy to prepare.
