Who was your most influential leader in your career and what would you say to them today?

I would have to say my early leadership teams made the biggest impact on my life and career. From my squad leader, now CSM Gerald Williams and team leader at the time SGT Thomas. They truly where the cream of the crop and enforced training and standards on a major level. They laid the foundation for the person I am today. They taught me to learn from every leader and situation that you encounter in life. To all of them I must say Thank You for all the leadership and mentorship they provided.
