Who would be the person to speak to for a lounge to establish contract(s) with the military?

I know a lounge in the area that is looking to invest into Soldiers but they are unsure. How or who should they speak with to tale the first step in a joint venture?

The contracting office on the nearest post can provide info on how to establish your business as a vendor. Govbizops I believe is the website where all contract requirements are posted to bid on a contract.

Your other option is to see if the nearest FMWR is looking to partner, their Business office is the point of entry. I had a water park on my installation as a GC that was a public public partnership with the local city government.
