Who would win in a fight: Mayweather or McGregor? Why?

In a boxing match, I have to go with the boxer. In MMA, pick the MMA fighter. Unfortunately, I think to many of McGregor's tools are not allowed in boxing. No doubt he is tough, but it should be a really good match.

I agree, he is NOT a boxer and you don't get to kick, elbow or do take downs in a boxing match. Personally I think Mctapper is wanting this because he knows it would be the biggest payday in his life. Who can blame him?

Mayweather is all about scoring. He doesn't take risk. So i would have to go with him. Also I'm not sure if McGregor has focused long enough on boxing. I know he is a fighter, so i don't doubt his rhythm. But his fighting posture will kill him because if he starts to panic he may resort to the MMA stance, which leaves more of a target for a boxer.
