Why am I getting a $0.00 deposit on my LES? Should my unit credit me for a muta?

Before COVID hit I volunteered to do a Month rotation in Poland with another unit. As they were preparing to go to Poland in February and March they had 3 day drills, as my home station had for February and March 2 day drills during those months. Last month they called to tell me to only show up for 1 day because I already met my Muta's for the year based on the 3 days of drill weekend that I already did earlier in the year when volunteering with the other unit.

Without knowing your unit's drill schedule for the year, or your actual UTA count for the year, I am going to guess that both FEB and MAR were MUTA 6s and assuming you did MUTA 4s every other month from OCT-AUG, you were at 48 by AUG.
That would mean if you showed up for one day in SEP, they could only pay you with 1 RMP for the day, but a $0 LES would suggest that they tried to pay UTAs, which got kicked back because you were over your limit.
To fix that, your unit would have to input an IDT pay reversal, because they did attempt to pay UTAs. Once that is reversed, they can input one RMP for that day, the equivalent of one UTA.
That would mean if you showed up for one day in SEP, they could only pay you with 1 RMP for the day, but a $0 LES would suggest that they tried to pay UTAs, which got kicked back because you were over your limit.

The reason that it took two LESs to pay you for a FEB MUTA 6 was that your unit (and your payroll) only had 4 MUTAs scheduled to pay for FEB. The next two would need to come out of March and could not be paid out as a SUTA E (before drill) until the pay ran for your unit's scheduled MAR IDT.

I looked back it wasn't that on my drill dates for April and May I went to look at the LES' I'm credited for 2 days in the remarks section in May where my Uta's started at an odd number and for April as well before they become on the LES In the remarks section it credits me for 2 days . Tried numerous times to tell them over drill weekend that I met all my days they kept blowing me off about it in my perspective. Yeah I know there Is alot to do on drill weekend but that's my pay we are talking about because I just transferred to a new unit I've been contacting my old unit and they keep brushing it off as a "mypay error " they asked me if I missed a day and I've told them no several times which doesn't make any sense to me because a drill date is worth 4 Muta's but I'm only credited for 3 with April and May both being virtual

This is the first time in 8 years my pay has been this screwed up. My uncle just got medical out as an E7 with 20+ years, he once told me that alot of things I deal with in the military "I don't have to deal with it"...Best advice ever i've met all my quotas for the year and they acted like it wasn't importaint. I have been thinking long and hard about them blowing me off like they did and just taking a day

If you had been attached to the deploying unit, the deploying unit could have just done your drill pay, that would have been easier and the right way, (you have to be assigned or attached to be on the Deployment Manning Document).
If you were not attached, drilling with them would require your assigned unit to initiate a SUTA certificate (authorized by your commander) for you to drill with another unit each month, certified by the deploying unit and submitted back to your assigned unit.
That document would state that you were present and how many UTAs on what dates were performed.
If that was not done, you need to do so now.

1. Try going to MYPAY-DFAS website and see if you were paid properly for the 3 MUTA's. You should consider talking to the folks in Military Pay for your assigned unit.
