Why are CSMs reluctant to put out soldiers who commit adultery?

Adultery in todays army . why are CSMs reluctant to put out soldiers who commit it? it shows that they are untrustworthy . ( specifically the women in army having affairs with other soldiers and getting caught time an time again even those having babys by other soldiers) ?

Because it isn't the CSMs that put Soldiers out. It's the Commanders. Yes, the SEA has input with recommendations, but ultimately it is the Commander's call.
